All client documents, Procore environment databases, and operational artifacts provided to or accessed by ZoKa remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of the client. ZoKa maintains strict confidentiality and nondisclosure safeguards across all personnel, subcontracted resources, and cloud integrations.

This website collects contact information submitted voluntarily through our web forms, scheduling links, careers application form, and assessment tool. This information is used strictly by ZoKa Solutions to evaluate your operational requirements, schedule requested consultations, and communicate regarding potential career opportunities. ZoKa Solutions provides construction project management, operational infrastructure setup, project controls, and executive advisory services. ZoKa Solutions is not an architectural, structural engineering, or legal firm, and our deliverables (including schedule logic reviews, pay application audits, and change order reviews) are intended as operational management recommendations to support licensed project professionals and corporate leadership. Formal client engagements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between ZoKa Solutions, LLC and the client entity.
