Operational clarity, answered directly.

Common questions about how we embed with construction teams, our service structures, software partnerships, and certified credentials.

Most consultancies produce a report, make recommendations, and leave your team to execute on top of an already full workload. ZoKa embeds with your team and does the work: we take custody of the project office, build the workflows, clear the backlog, and run the systems alongside your staff.

How does ZoKa differ from a traditional construction consultancy?
What are ZoKa's four core services?

Limited Project Engagement (short, targeted recovery on a specific job), Fractional Support (ongoing PM and coordination capacity without full-time hires), Operational Infrastructure (systems, standards, and software built and run with your team), and Strategic Advisory (executive-level guidance on technology, structure, and risk).

What are the three tiers of Operational Infrastructure?

Operational Support standardizes daily field tools, logs, and templates. Disciplinary Governance adds financial controls, approval gates, and compliance audits. Enterprise Governance delivers portfolio-level dashboards, ERP integrations, and executive visibility across multiple offices.

Why isn't there a standalone Procore service page?

Because Procore work is part of everything we do. As a Certified Procore Partner, we configure and optimize Procore within each engagement based on how your teams actually work, rather than selling software setup on its own.

What does ZoKa's WBENC certification mean for public and municipal work?

ZoKa is a WBENC Certified Women-Owned Business. Prime contractors and public agencies can partner with us to meet MWBE diversity participation goals while getting experienced, auditable project management and compliance support. Requirements vary by state, county, city or municipality, so we work with our partners to ensure these can be met.

How does ZoKa integrate with our existing superintendents and PMs?

We work alongside them, not over them. We take on the administrative load (submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout documentation) inside your existing systems so your field team can focus on building.

Where are you located, and do you work outside Wisconsin?

We're headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and support construction projects, general contractors, developers, and municipal agencies both locally and nationwide.

How does ZoKa bill?

Limited Project Engagements are billed on a stated schedule, with scope and hours agreed up front. Fractional Support is billed monthly at the agreed upon hourly rate and scales up or down with your active projects, so you only pay for what you need. Operational Infrastructure agreements are billed monthly for the term of the contract with the agreed upon scope, monthly rate, and term.
